Who we are.

What we collect.
When you send an enquiry or claim an offer we collect your name and email, and optionally your business name, website, phone number, message and any calculator answers. We save a reference, the time and the estimate shown to you.
Why we use it.
To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote (steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding). We do not sell your details or add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Who can see it.
Enquiries are stored securely with our website and hosting providers and are accessible only to authorised Pallet to Parcel staff. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, those services process your messages under their own privacy terms.
Spam protection and visitor statistics.
To limit repeated submissions we keep a temporary counter based on a scrambled (hashed) network address. We use cookie-free visitor statistics that count page views without identifying you.
How long we keep it.
We keep enquiries for up to [RETENTION PERIOD — to be confirmed, e.g. 24 months] unless you become a customer, then as required for the contract and legal record-keeping.
Your rights.
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your information, object to its use, or request a copy. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
